2. Memberships

• Membership fees support the kaupapa and activities of the Alumni

• Memberships are valid for one year from the date of payment unless otherwise stated

• Membership fees are non-refundable, except in cases of payment error (see Refund Policy)

• Members agree to provide accurate contact information for communication purposes

3. Donations

• All donations are voluntary and non-refundable

• Donations are used to support the Alumni and related kaupapa

• We may acknowledge donors publicly unless you request anonymity​

4. Payments

• Payments are processed securely via trusted third-party providers (such as eWAY and POLi)

• We do not store your credit card details on our servers

• You are responsible for ensuring you have authority to use the chosen payment method

5. Privacy

• We respect your privacy and handle personal information according to our Privacy Policy

• We will never sell or trade your personal details​

6. Cancellation

• Members may choose not to renew their membership for the following year.

• Recurring donations can be cancelled at any time before the next scheduled payment​

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or participation in Alumni activities

• Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under New Zealand consumer law​
