• Membership fees support the kaupapa and activities of the Association.

• Memberships are valid for one year from the date of payment unless otherwise stated.

• Membership fees are non-refundable, except in cases of payment error (see Refund Policy).

• Members agree to provide accurate contact information for communication purposes.

3. Donations

• All donations are voluntary and non-refundable.

• Donations are used to support the Association and related kaupapa.

• We may acknowledge donors publicly unless you request anonymity.​

4. Payments

• Payments are processed securely via trusted third-party providers.

• We do not store your credit card details on our servers.

• You are responsible for ensuring you have authority to use the chosen payment method.

6. Cancellation

• Members may choose not to renew their membership for the following year.
