1. Memberships

• Membership fees are considered a contribution to the Alumni Association and are used to support our kaupapa, administration, and alumni activities

• As such, membership fees are non-refundable once paid

• If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us within 7 days so we can review and resolve the issue

2. Donations

• Donations made to the Alumni are treated as gifts and are used to support our charitable and community purposes

• For this reason, donations are non-refundable

• If you made a donation in error (for example, an incorrect amount), please contact us within 7 days and we will do our best to assist

3. Payment Errors

• If a payment is processed incorrectly due to a technical error or duplicate transaction, we will work with our payment provider to issue a correction or refund as soon as possible.
