CANCELLATION POLICY

St Joseph’s Māori Girls’ College Past Pupils recognises that circumstances may change. This policy outlines how you can cancel your membership or recurring donation.

1. Memberships

• Memberships are annual contributions that support our Alumni kaupapa and activities

• Once paid, membership fees are non-refundable

• Members may choose not to renew their membership in future years by simply not making the next payment

2. Recurring Donations

• If you have set up a recurring donation (e.g., monthly or annual), you may cancel future payments at any time

• Cancellations will take effect from the next scheduled payment date. Any donations already processed cannot be refunded​​

3. How to Cancel

• Contact us at admin@sjmgc.org.nz with your full name and payment details

• Or, if you set up a recurring payment through our online payment provider (eWAY or POLi), you may log into your account and cancel directly

• We appreciate all contributions made before cancellation.
